Friendship is a form of interpersonal relationship generally considered to be closer than association. Relation between friendship, happiness and health, The conventional wisdom is that good friendships enhance an individual's sense of happiness and overall well-being. But a number of solid studies support the notion that strong social supports improve a woman's prospects for good health and longevity.

Conversely, it has been shown that loneliness and lack of social supports are linked to an increased risk of heart disease, viral infections, and cancer as well as higher mortality rates. Two female researchers have even termed friendship networks a "behavioral vaccine" that protects both physical and mental health.

While there is an impressive body of research linking friendship and health status, the precise reasons for this connection are still far from clear. Most of the studies are large prospective studies (that follow people over a period of time) and while there may be a correlation between the two variables (friendship and health status), researchers still don't know if there is a cause-and-effect relationship, e.g. that good friendships actually improve health.

There are a number of theories that attempt to explain the link, including that:

1) Good friends encourage their friends to lead more healthy lifestyles.

2) Good friends encourage their friends to seek help and access services, when needed.

3) Good friends enhance their friends' coping skills in dealing with illness and other health problems.

4) Good friends actually affect physiological pathways that are protective of health

a few days ago... I read some article about effect stay at night... I realy don't know if we always stay at night everyday become liver cancer... that's the truth because of research when people always stay up in the night make aging, stroke, heart attack, and the other.

I am realy fortunetly realize bad effect earlier, and easy to me to change our behaviour to be goo than before... thanks god.. now I sleep in a good time.

some article wrote that stay up at night it's okay if we have a quality in our sleep, but I don't know when I had a quality... so I choose to sleep in good time.. don't stay up at night everyday... sometimes it's okay to do assignment, ... hhooo =))

Acne is pimpLe.. so uncomfortable

Acne made people couldn't confidence... just like me.. when suddently one of pimple in my face, I do all I could to remove it from my face..

I tried to make antiacne.. but it doesn't work.. I consumed many fruits.. but it doesn't work significant because of need time... I realy hopeless because the acne suddently appears on my face.. it made my smooth face became not good..

I avoid to all myth could make acne... Like don't eat nuts, don't sleep late night, don't eat more fat, don't stress and bla bla bla... but one of article which I read... that myth not one point caused the acne...

because in the fact is was contain fatty acids that are good for the heart, consume more fat not cause the acne but only exacerbate the produstion of execess fat that make easy infected bacteria, stress was not caused the acne because not yet on the research...

the myth like problem food and stress factors only supporting the cause of the acne...

may be I don't completely understand, I could do the best to remove it.. hhaaa

so this post doesn't have solution.. hhaaa

Long time no see my blog since on vacation together with my friends... I don't have chance to look at this coz I am realy busy on my business because of I am not in my desk... hhaaaa

I was so excited on my vacation coz it's my first time vacation together with my friends ,, because in the past i am a home girl... hhee...

Organic Food

Katanya ya kalo pengen hidup sehat mesti konsumsi makanan organik, makanan sehat yang gak mengandung pestisida gitu, trus jangan makan junkfood... tapi gimana ya susah banget kan nemuin makanan organik, apalagi rata-rata makanan emang mengandung pestisida, trus kalo pengen cepet kan enakan pesen fastfood aja kan...

Kirain makan buah-buahan sama sayur-sayuran udah bikin kita sehat.. ternyata salah !!! karena banyak buah-buahan dan sayur-sayuran tersebut mengandung bahan kimia. Ada beberapa buah dan sayuran yang mengandung pestisida seperti apel, jeruk melon, anggur, pir, sayur bayam, selada, tomat , padahal gw doyan banget sama buah dan sayur itu....

gimana ya ?? pengen hidup sehat aja mesti ribet banget nyari makanan yang organik. beras putih yang biasa kita makan juga masuk kedalam daftar yang mengandung pestisida. yang disarankan oleh dokter ahli gizi adalah beras merah, yang katanya kaya serat dan baik untuk tubuh.

o iya ada saran dari dokternya, katanya kalo kita beli buah atau sayur lebih dianjurkan untuk mencuci buah atau sayur dengan menggunakan air mengalir daripada menggunakan sabun pencuci buah atau sayur yang banyak dijual saat ini.

Do you know about kawasaki disease ?

I know this disease when i show one of television show. this desease finded of one of doctor from japan... the name "kawasaki" takes from the doctor's last name.

The disease often attack mongoloid [ras].. like japanese, taiwan, korean, chinese, an eventualy indonesian.

The characteristics can't explain specify because of in the research. some characteristic that I know when i saw the television show.. one of them is red eyes, strawberry colour in the tongue, have pink lips. we can't easy to guess the characteristics because it like fever..

I surprised, because I saw my lips pink too... hhaa *narsis...

have pink Lip thats nice for the girl.. but when we know whom we don't get the disease??

but I saw in the television the disease often affect kids under 5.. hhaa

Just fun.. know something that I don't know before.... ^_^

realita Penjara di Indonesia

surprised banget tadi pas liat berita di TV, bener aja masa penjara bisa ada penjara khusus buat orang kaya dimana para penghuninya mendapat perlakuan khusus dengan memiliki ruangan layaknya hotel. gak adil banget gak tuh..??

Gimana mo kapok dipenjara kalo serasa tinggal di hotel, yang punya ruangan khusus dipenjara tersebut (narapidanan korupsi/narkoba) diwawancarai malah berkilah agar gak perlu diributin fasilitas penjara dia pake acara nangis-nangis gitu. jijay banget gak tuh ngeliatnya, wajar aja lah kalo diributin, gimana sih kalo gak mau dipenjara ya knapa korupsi.. ih dasar udah salah malah bela diri. ckckckc

Sebelumnya dapet berita ada penjara eklusif gini sebelumnya ada juga berita yang memeperlihatkan kelakuan para narapidana yang berada didalamnya bebas melakukan apapun, seperti bisa memiliki ponsel, maen judi-togel, trus bisa request makanan juga. yang masuk karena menggunakan narkoba, masi tetep make aj mereka. malah sipir penjara gak berbuat apa-apa waktu ngeliat kejadian itu. hukum yang belum sepenuhnya bisa ditegakkan. o iya ada juga masa pas lagi dipenjara ada yang bisa hamil juga... ckckck.. bener-bener dah penjara di Indonesia.

tulisan ini cuma pengen berbagi aja dari berita yang gw dapet, gw cuma berharap semoga kedepannya semua narapidana mesti diperlakuin sama biar bisa kapok orang-orang yang masuk kesana..

Suddently,, remember about memories in senior high school. When I was opening the old photo album in the senior high school... so miss that memories.. when i was a student in a senior high school... I never forget this memory... when i was young... and just fun everyday..

Rabu, 16 Desember 2009 merupakan hari dimana MID PI akan dimulai...

deg-deg an banget... gak tau dosennya mo tes kita tentang paan..??

mana katanya kita bakal di test satu-satu.. hiii

mana semua script web kelompok gw blom gw ngerti sepenuhnya...

gw sekelompok ma lily, and nova...

pada hari itu gw n lily sepakat gak bakal bawa lepie coz kita kan mo pergi ke layau buat searching keberadaan batu-batu... hhaaa

tragedi gara c lily gak bawa lepie berakibat kita sekelompok kebingan mo minjem lepie sape..

mana males klo mesti ngerubah pass mysql..

sehingga dicarilah lepie yang tidak ber pass...

tapi ternyata gak nemu... mysql d lepie temen2 pada pake pass semua...

jadi deh kita kebingungan.. c nova yang bawa lepie sampe nginstall ulang appserv truz ngrubah pass nya biar sama kya pass mysql lily..

alhasil pekerjaan yang sia2 ternyata gw n nova gak punya folder php yang dari lily...

hhaaaa

akhirnya cuma berharap agar kita bisa maju minggu depan...

singkat cerita, yang lain udah pada di test dosen..

tinggal kelompok gw n beberapa orang lagi yang mesti ngadep bpknya..

karena tiap orang harus pake satu lepie saat ditest... akhirnya gw bisa minjem lepie hastie...

ternyata lepie hastie agak bermasalah sama mysqlnya...

mo pinjem lepie desty tapi low bat,, akhirnya pake lepie desty tapi pake baterainya hastie..

bebrapa saat sebelum masuk ruangan test nya gw nyari ilmu dulu ma desty...

akhirnya ngerti juga..

tiba saatnya saatnya kloter terakhir memasuki ruangan test nya..

kita pada duduk jauh2 an...

deg2an bgt saat soalnya mo dibacain bapaknya..

alhmdulillah tadi udah dapet gambaran soalnya dari desty trus udah diajarin juga...

di ruang conference itu gw sebelahan ma lily, dan depanan ma nova...

soal pertama disuruh ngerubah Background halaman jadi image..

gw buka di flash gw ternyata gak ketemu gambar...panik mode on dah gw... soalnya yang lain dah pada selesai ngrubah background,, karena pake lepie desty gw gak tau letak gambar2 yang ada di lepie desty,, akhirnya gw terpikir buat buka my document di lepie.. eh ketemu gambar ERD nya desty... akhirnya gw copy gambarnya sefolder sama style.css.. akhinya bisa juga... hhaaa lucu bgt deh background gw jadinya...hhaa

soal kedua disuruh tambahin field di table truz nampilin di webnya... yang itu gw sukses sih.. tapi gak tau beneran nglink ato cuma kebetulan aj... gw juga gak tau.. hhaaa

soal ketiga disuruh nambahin button ato link biar interface webnya berubah... truz saat di klik gak eror.. yang itu juga sukses,, soalnya kan udah belajar ma desty...

akhirnya ketiga soal itu bisa gw jawab semua... sukses berat...

Efek Pemanasan global

Mencairnya es di kutub utara & selatan

Pemanasan Global berdampak langsung pada terus mencairnya es di daerah kutub utara dan kutub selatan. Es di Greenland yang telah mencair hampir mencapai 19 juta ton! Dan volume es di Artik pada musim panas 2007 hanya tinggal setengah dari yang ada 4 tahun sebelumnya! Mencairnya es saat ini berjalan jauh lebih cepat dari model-model prediksi yang pernah diciptakan oleh para ilmuwan. Beberapa prediksi awal yang pernah dibuat sebelumnya memperkirakan bahwa seluruh es di kutub akan lenyap pada tahun 2040 sampai 2100. Tetapi data es tahunan yang tercatat hingga tahun 2007 membuat mereka berpikir ulang mengenai model prediksi yang telah dibuat sebelumnya.

Para ilmuwan mengakui bahwa ada faktor-faktor kunci yang tidak mereka ikutkan dalam model prediksi yang ada. Dengan menggunakan data es terbaru, serta model prediksi yang lebih akurat, Dr. H. J. Zwally, seorang ahli iklim NASA membuat prediksi baru yang sangat mencengangkan: HAMPIR SEMUA ES DI KUTUB UTARA AKAN LENYAP ANTARA TAHUN 2008 - 2012!

Baru-baru ini sebuah fenomena alam kembali menunjukkan betapa seriusnya kondisi ini. Pada tanggal 6 Maret 2008, sebuah bongkahan es seluas 414 kilometer persegi (hampir 1,5 kali luas kota Surabaya) di Antartika runtuh.
Menurut peneliti, bongkahan es berbentuk lempengan yang sangat besar itu mengambang permanen di sekitar 1.609 kilometer selatan Amerika Selatan, barat daya Semenanjung Antartika. Padahal, diyakini bongkahan es itu berada di sana sejak 1.500 tahun lalu. “Ini akibat pemanasan global,” ujar ketua peneliti NSIDC Ted Scambos. Menurutnya, lempengan es yang disebut Wilkins Ice Shelf itu sangat jarang runtuh. Sekarang, setelah adanya perpecahan itu, bongkahan es yang tersisa tinggal 12.950 kilometer persegi, ditambah 5,6 kilometer potongan es yang berdekatan dan menghubungkan dua pulau. “Sedikit lagi, bongkahan es terakhir ini bisa turut amblas. Dan, separo total area es bakal hilang dalam beberapa tahun mendatang,” ujar Scambos.
“Beberapa kejadian akhir-akhir ini merupakan titik yang memicu dalam perubahan sistem,” ujar Sarah Das, peneliti dari Institut Kelautan Wood Hole. Perubahan di Antartika sangat kompleks dan lebih terisolasi dari seluruh bagian dunia.
Antartika di Kutub Selatan adalah daratan benua dengan wilayah pegunungan dan danau berselimut es yang dikelilingi lautan. Benua ini jauh lebih dingin daripada Artik, sehingga lapisan es di sana sangat jarang meleleh, bahkan ada lapisan yang tidak pernah mencair dalam sejarah. Temperatur rata-ratanya minus 49 derajat Celsius, tapi pernah mencapai hampir minus 90 derajat celsius pada Juli 1983. Tak heran jika fenomena mencairnya es di benua yang mengandung hampir 90 persen es di seluruh dunia itu mendapat perhatian serius peneliti.
